Having worked in the North East throughout her career, Lesley has gained her experience working with a wide range of clients, predominantly with owner managed businesses including those in the property, retail, agriculture and pharmaceutics sectors. Lesley also brings with her significant audit experience which will enhance the existing audit team at the firm. Lesley also brings a wealth of knowledge to contribute to the existing leadership team, having held similar roles for a large proportion of her working career. Her role at Ribchesters will focus on supporting existing clients and assisting with the firm’s ambitious growth plans across the region and beyond. Lesley will also focus on nurturing and developing the firm’s talent by mentoring both new and existing staff to ensure all are reaching their full potential.
Lesley said “I joined Ribchesters as the firm’s portfolio reflects the clients I have worked with during the majority of my career, therefore this will allow me to continue to strive to offer the best service and cherish relationships with clients and colleagues alike in a familiar environment. I recognised that the team at Ribchesters is a dynamic and ambitious group and therefore since learning and development is key to everything the firm does, I will strive to continue to drive change by investment into staff training and development to ensure the firm can provide the very best service to our clients, attract others, maintain that level of expertise for years to come as well as provide our team with an environment that they can develop their own careers.”
Rob Ribchester, Partner, said “We are delighted that Lesley has joined us at what is a very exciting time for the firm. She has developed an exceptional reputation in the North East and beyond and will play an important role in assisting with our growth plans and development in terms of our service offerings, our clients and our people”.
